1. General Account Eligibility

By registering an account with AurumTitan Group, you affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have full authority to execute asset contracts. All registered investors agree to abide by international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

2. Investment Capital Tiers & 7-Day Maturity Contracts

Capital allocated to AurumTitan plans (Basic, Gold, Energy & Oil, Real Estate) is deployed into physical gold refining, crude oil production, and commercial property development. Investment yields accrue daily and mature on a 7-day cycle. Investors may choose to withdraw capital + accumulated returns or enable auto-reinvestment upon maturity.

3. Liquid 24/7 Main Balance Withdrawals

Funds situated on your Main Balance (unlocked liquid funds) are available for withdrawal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Main balance withdrawals are processed automatically to registered USDT, BTC, or NAB Bank accounts within 15 minutes.

4. Physical Gold Reserve Backing & Tax Policy

All investor contracts are guaranteed by AurumTitan's physical gold bullion reserves stored in audited international vaults. All corporate tax obligations in operating jurisdictions are satisfied directly by AurumTitan Group prior to dividend disbursement.

5. Referral Program Terms

Investors participating in the AurumTitan Referral Program receive a 5% commission on direct capital deposits made by invited users. Referral rewards are credited instantly to the investor's liquid Main Balance.
