Investment Plan Completion Requirement
Withdrawals from the investment account are permitted only after the completion of the specified investment plan duration. A minimum of 7 days must elapse after the investment plan ends before any withdrawal request can be processed.
Withdrawal Processing
All withdrawal requests must be submitted via the designated platform or method provided by the company. Processing time for withdrawals may vary but will not exceed 3-5 business days.
Non-compliance
Withdrawal requests made before the 7-day post-plan period will not be honored. Customers may reapply after meeting the eligibility criteria.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., system downtime, natural disasters, or market anomalies), withdrawal timelines may be temporarily extended. The company will communicate such changes promptly.
